Hiram E. Wheeler, age 14, is recorded as a resident of Concord, Mass. in the 1855 Massachusetts state census, in the household of William Wheeler, age 49, and Lucy Wheeler, age 38 (“Massachusetts State Census Transcriptions for 1855 and 1865,” AmericanAncestors.org.).
