DEATH OF GEORGE REED [sic]
One of West Acton’s well known residents passed from our midst quite suddenly early last Tuesday morning-Mr. Daniel Adams. His death followed closely after a bad heart attack. Mr. Adams was 82 years of age and came to reside here in 1908. He was a member of the G.A.R. and these services were held at his home last Thursday. He leaves besides a widow, a son residing in Berkeley, Calif. and a daughter in Alaska. Mr. And Mrs. Adams had been married 53 years last July. Mrs. Adams has the sympathy of many friends. She expects to stay with her niece in Cliftondale until spring and her health is improved and possibly may go to California.
