    Then the Selectmen met and appointed a Town
    meeting to be att the meeting House on friday the
    twenty Third of this Instant November at two
    of the Clock in the afternoon to Consider and
    Conclude on the articles here after mentioned
    viz

    House In Said Town it being Legally warned
    as appeared by the Returns of the Constables
    on their warrants Mr John Brooks was Chosen
    moderator for said meeting and proceeded as follows
