Then the Select men met and appointed a Town
Meeting to be at the meeting House on friday the
Twenty Eighth Day of this Instant August at three of
the Clock in the afternoon to Consider and Conclude
on the following article (viz)
To See what the town will Do Relating to mr Barkers
petition whether the town will Choose a Committe
to appear at Concord Court to answer Said petition
or other wise agree with mr Barker about his
way and like wise to pass any other vote
that may be Throught proper when met and
the Same was Committed to the Constables
