Who was born the
day of
A.D. 1836
in
South Acton County of Middlesex
 State of Massachusetts

On April 15th, 1861, I entered the service in Company E. Old Sixth Regimant Infantry and again enlisted in Co. E. 26th Regiment Infantry as private.


At the expiration of a term of forty one months, I was finally discharged on November 7th,1864.


I was at Baltimore, Md. On April 19th, 1861.
I Certify that the Sketch of my War service as above written is true as
